Itinerary Overview

Brussels My Belgium to Italy trip started in Brussels. I always heard only good retour of this city, wanted to see by myself.
Brussels capital of Belgium is a heart stroke. The environment and atmosphere of the city are just super cool. Full of foreigners it’s a cosmopolitan city with open-minded people.
During your time I advise you to just take your time, walk the streets in the center, going from “Avenue Toison d’Or” to La Grand-Place, passing by “Les Sablons” quarter. There, the streets are very nice, full of shops and bars where you can rest for a coffee or beer (Belgium Specialities !) Don’t forget also to try Belgium’s waffle sold in small yellow vans directly in the street. If you see one do not hesitate! When you are at the Grand Place, go for the Delirium Bar! This bar offers all the kinds of beers you can imagine, it is a must-do in Brussels!
There is also a lot to visit, this city has a lot of art culture! The one I prefer is the Magritte Museum and there is also a lot of temporary exhibition so just have a look at what is it proposed.

Rome
I fell in love with Rome architecture. It is a city full of history and you can feel it just by walking the street. I spent three days walking everywhere, from “Piazza” to “Piazza”. At every corner, you discover a beautiful sculpture or fountain! Of course, you cannot avoid the Trevi Fountain and the Panthéon.
One thing I really recommend is going to see the sunset in the Villa Borghese. The park is very beautiful and at the terrace “del Pincio” offers a breathtaking view of Rome. I went there with a bottle of wine and a pan with Gorgonzola cheese! These typical Italian ingredients were perfect for the moment!
The Vatican city is also very splendid! Very huge, it is just astonishing with all the sculptures and the geometry of the place. The Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel are a must-see in Rome, so many objects of art and history in one place are truly impressive!
And one last thing, just enjoy all the very good pizzeria!
