Our vacation of hiking, diving and snorkeling in the Sinai Peninsula

We started our trip in Eilat,  we passed the border  without any major inconvenience.

There were a lot of people trying to pass, and in the last few years, this place has become very popular because of its beauty and because it is very cheap compared to Israel.

When we got there, we took a local cab, which was not a good experience because the driver was a really bad driver. We tried to talk to him but we understood that is the way to drive in the area.

Our first stop, Blue Hole, is a wonderful place and highly recommended for diving, for its crystal clear water and corals.

The idea was to spend our days in the sea and tasting the delicacies of the local food, and so we did.

We stayed in a hursha, with very simple kiosks and basic accommodations, but in front of the sea.

The people of the area are very friendly, always ready to help, and in the evenings  to compliment the stars and music with drumming and dancing.

Our second stop, Ras Abu Gallum, a beautiful nature reserve. We arrived looking for a hike, which we found.

We spent two hours among the mountains contemplating the landscape, flora, and fauna.

When you arrive at the place you can choose what kind of intensity you want for your tour, and there are options for everyone.

The best part of this experience was the snorkeling.  We decided to go with local guides to a reef area and we were able to find there an unlimited amount of fish and corals.

It was really beautiful!
