Itinerary Overview
This amazing trek lasted 4 days and start from Cusco. In the first two days we climbed the salkantay mountain, the ascent was tough but the view in the end was priceless - the incredible mountain and the whole valley we're breathtaking. You need to take it slow because it's goes high and the altitude could be difficult, but no worries it's worth it! Then, from the mountain we started go down until we saw the landscape changes to jungle and the acclimate become hot and humid. We slept in a camping next to a beautiful river and got closer to the Machu Picchu. The third day wasn't that hard, mostly walking on the jungle on a flat road and we finished at hot and cold swimming pools park. From there we walked to Aguas Calientes- the closet town to the Machu Picchu. We slept in a hotel and the next morning- we started very early to climb the stairs who leads to the Machu Picchu itself. We spend 3 hours there with a guide, exploring one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the Inca most important place. It was an amazing experience.

the view, the energy and the magic of the place make it unique.
Being in the park you can decide which route to do, some of them were in bad conditions due to the rainy season.
